By making a payment, you are agreeing to pay for the services rendered, regardless of the outcome, scope of work, or timeline.

2. No Cancellation Policy

Once work has commenced, cancellation is not an option. Whether you decide to stop the project or discontinue services, you will not be entitled to cancel or receive a refund for any part of the service. Payments made are for the services provided and are non-refundable once work has started.

If you discontinue services at any point, you will remain responsible for the full payment for the work completed up until that point.

3. No Disputes or Chargebacks

Skywalk Digital Solutions does not entertain disputes, chargebacks, or claims for refunds. By engaging with us and making payment for our services, you acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable. If you attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including legal recourse, to recover the funds owed for services rendered.

4. Service Modifications

We understand that business needs may evolve over time. If you wish to modify the scope of services or make changes during the course of a project, we can discuss adjustments. However, such modifications may involve additional fees and extended timelines. Any changes requested after work has begun will not impact our non-refund and non-cancellation policy.

5. Payment Terms

  • Initial Payment: An initial payment or deposit may be required to begin work on your project. This payment is non-refundable.
  • Ongoing Payments: For ongoing services, payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services but will not affect your responsibility for any amounts owed.

Once a payment is made, it is considered earned and non-refundable.

6. No Obligation to Offer Additional Services

In cases where you are dissatisfied with the results or progress of your project, Skywalk Digital Solutions is still under no obligation to offer additional services, adjustments, or work outside of the original scope. Our focus will remain on the services provided, and all fees paid are for work rendered.

7. Termination of Services by Skywalk Digital Solutions

Skywalk Digital Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion for any reason, including non-payment or breach of terms. If we terminate services, no refund will be issued for payments made.
